Now you don’t have to be near the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast to benefit from our unparalleled service. With our new REPAIR DEPOT PROGRAM, if you are anywhere in the southeast, you can get your commercial microwaves repaired within 3-4 business days, all for the same cost as a service call.

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Call us toll free at 800-700-8349 and give us the model and serial number of the oven and the nature of the problem. We will register the service call and immediately send out one of our specially designed shipping boxes. When you receive the box the next day…
  2. Follow the enclosed instructions (see below for illustrated packing instructions).
  3. Attach the supplied shipping label on the outside of the box and call us again and we’ll have the box picked up.
  4. You will be called with an estimate of repair cost. Upon approval we will repair and return your oven to you (usually you will receive your oven the day after we have received your approval of the estimate)
  5. We will ascertain warranty status for you. If parts and labor are covered under manufacturer's warranty, the repair is FREE.

At the end of the process, you may either keep the box to save a day the next time you need a repair, or let us know and we’ll issue a call tag to have the box picked up.

PLEASE DO NOT DAMAGE OR DESTROY THE BOX OR PACKING

The boxes are designed to be used a number of times. If a box that is logged out to you is destroyed or discarded, we will ask that you pay $30.00 to cover the cost of the box.

  PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
It is crucial that you follow these packing instructions for your microwave to arrive safely. The package is guaranteed by UPS only if it is packed correctly.

  1. Please place the oven into the supplied plastic bag. This is important as it protects the packing materials. Failure to use the bag may result in your being charged for the box.

  1. After bagging the oven, insure that the bottom pad is in the box with the middle cradle supports sitting on the bottom (see Figure 1).
  2. Notice that the cutout in the padding corresponds to the bottom vent on the back of the microwave (see Figures 2 and 3).

  1. Place the wrapped oven into the box with the rear vent seated in the cutout area.
  2. Place the top foam cushion on top of the microwave with the cutout to the rear (see Figure 4)

  1. Fold flaps down and seal with packing tape. Attach shipping label and call 800-700-8349 to tell us the oven is packed. We’ll arrange for the unit to be picked up.

That’s all you have to do. If the oven is no longer under warranty, we’ll call you with an estimate of repair costs.

When you receive your oven back, you may advise us that you wish to keep the box (to save a day the next time you need repairs), or you can let us know you don’t want to keep it, and we’ll arrange for a pick-up.

If you do elect to keep the box, all we ask is that you keep it safe and dry.
